The federal ethics and anti corruption commission opened a charge document yesterday on five individuals who are suspected of causing a 300 mln birr financial loss on the government revenue. Among the five suspects, one of whom being the Ethiopian customs and revenue authority Adama branch manager.
The charge document depicts that the first, second and third suspects were officials of the Customs and revenue authority’s Adama branch including the former manager; and the fourth and fifth suspects being import-export traders who have conspired with the first three suspects.
