Priest Got a Go Ahead For His Healing Mission

images_priest_242092986The controversial Ethiopian Orthodox Priest and an alleged healer Memehir Girma Wondimu got permission by the church’s Patriarch to resume his gospel preaching and healing mission.

He had been forbid from his religious activity months ago by the church leaders for working outside the rules and regulations of the church. The Patriarch’s permission now allows him to travel across the country and abroad.

Girma has mainly been residing in the Addis Ababa’s Estifanos church and months ago the church’s administrators had demolished his gospel preaching and prayer quarters.

As the local newspaper, Yegna Press writes, now a letter of permission from the patriarch gives him a chance to continue his religious activities.
