Ethiopian Islamic Affairs Supreme Council’s president and members of the Ulema council have donated 100,000 Br worth of items to the Mekedonia Philanthropy in Addis.
While visiting Mekedonia Philanthropy on Thursday, July 25th, 2014, The council’s president Sheikh Kiyar Sheh Mohammed Aman, Ulema council’s Secretary Sheikh Ze’adin Sheh Abdulaziz and others have donated clothes, soap, diaper, tissue paper and other items that worth more than 100, 000 Br.
Sheikh Kiyar has expressed his amazement at the philanthropic work he witnessed at the center and advised for other branches to be opened in other cities. He has also said that the Muslim community should support the center.
