Mushroom to be available for tea, sauce and soup

One of the founders of Yeshikati International Mushroom Producers Association, Yonatan Bekele, told  that a discussion forum under the title of “Let us talk about Mushroom” was held for various mushroom producers and consumers.

Mushroom is known for its protection capabilities of cancer and other ailments. Mushroom’s use has been restricted to only a limited number of uses. Mushroom can be kept for about two years without getting spoilt.

The association told  that it is working hard to make the Mushroom product easily available for hotels and others.
