House Speaker and Soldiers Died in Gambella

The speaker of the house and two soldiers are killed on Sunday in the Gambella region of Ethiopian due to clash between the fans of the Ethiopian and Nigerian Teams.

It was on Sunday in the Gambella region’s Woreda bordering the South Sudan.

After the Nigerian’s team victory over the Ethiopian Walias on sunday at the Addis Ababa stadium, a clash started between one group of Nigerian fans who are Ethiopians celebrating the victory and the Ethiopian fans who got angry by the scene.
It is reported that in the clash the speaker of the house of the Woreda and at least two soldiers are killed.

After the incident officials from the region and federal government have travelled to the place to calm down the situation. The president of the region has also travelled to the area.
