Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn said on Friday the Ethiopian Peoples’ Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF) wants to expand its relations with Communist Party of China (CPC) into people to people relations.
The Premier made the remark while holding talks with CPC delegation members at his office.
Head of the delegation, Zhao Hongzhu for his part said the relation of the two parties as well as China’s relation with Ethiopia is advancing. He also said the CPC would make a support of $50 thousand for the Meles Foundation.
The delegation members are expected to visit investment opportunities in South Ethiopia Region.
