Federal High Court’s First Criminal Bench found Ato Kassim Fite, Former Head of the Addis Ababa Land Development and Administration office, not guilty of his corruption charges.
Gebreyes Kidane, Bekele Gebre and Tesfaye Zemedkun are other higher officials of the Addis Ababa city Administration who are charged with Kasim Fetie.
In its today’s session the court passes its verdict where it declares Kasim Fitie, Gebreyes Kidane and Bekele Gebre not guilty since ‘the Federal Ethics and anti corruption commission’s prosecutor couldn’t support the charge with evidence’ writes. The charge on Tesfaye Zemedkun is also improved where the court gives an appointment to give its verdict for the next week.
