(MENAFN – Arab Times) A Kuwaiti citizen filed a missing persons report when his elderly mother and her Ethiopian housemaid failed to return home after leaving the previous day.
He informed securitymen that no domestic problems existed to force his mother to run away from home.
Securitymen took down details and descriptions of the missing individuals, which they circulated to the patrol teams and checkpoints.
