In the Addis Ketema Subcity, Woreda 9 in a place around Tsedey Hotel, the electric problem occurred on the main electric grid kills a 6 year old girl on Friday January 31st, 2014.
After the incident, there was no power for days on the neighborhood. The residents of the area told Yegn Press that the officials from the Electric power corporation has checked the case that the girl was dead and left the scene.
“We have no safety for our lives; we have always been in worry that it would cause harm to our kids” said the local residents of the problematic electric grid.
