KUWAIT CITY, Oct 9: The Court of Appeals upheld the verdict of a lower court, which had issued death sentence to an Ethiopian housemaid who murdered her sponsor by decapitating her in Jaber Al-Ali area on Nov 17, 2011, one day before the latter’s wedding. According to the case files, the suspect murdered her sponsor and tried to flee the country. However, detectives from Criminal Investigation Department managed to arrest her at the airport before her departure.
