Currently there is a problem of coordination between different infrastructure constructions of the country. Digging for some water pipe or road construction demolitions telecommunication or electric power lines and vice versa.
Therefore, to coordinate the infrastructure works of the country, an institution is to be established. To fight of the problem a Federal government body named ‘An Infrastructure Coordination Force’ is established and the institute for coordination of the infrastructure building work will begin operation in the current Ethiopian fiscal year.
It is said that the institute will help the different infrastructure builders to design their plans collaboratively. Moreover, when a certain infrastructure builder intends to build, it needs to get permission from the institute. The institute will also collect and store all the necessary infrastructure related information.
