Addis Ababa Saving Houses Development Enterprise (AASHDE) announced that it has submitted a new 18 and 24 storey building design for Addis’s condos which are far better than the ones that are being built.

The new designs are hoped to solve the city’s severe home shortage since it has the number of storey double the size the existing once have. The new building designs have quarters that are designed especially for commercial and social gathering purposes.

Moreover, the buildings will have architectural features that add comfort to the building’s dwellers. Currently the enterprise is building an up to 12 storey buildings on various locations to those registered for the 40/60 housing regime.
