40 000 Condos of the 20/80 Regime will be Hand over in Two Months time

0f1f8853Addis Ababa City Administration announced that 40 000 condos of the 20/80 regime will be handed over in two months time by a chance draw.

The city’s deputy mayor Ato Abate Setotaw told  that the condos will have all the necessary infrastructures and the handover will be carried out as fast as possible.

Most of the 40 000 condos are located at the Yeka Abado and Tulu Dimtu areas where currently 80% of the construction is fully completed.

Around Addis at ten different locations there are about 95 000 condos on construction.
