A Huge New International Airport to be built in Ethiopia
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise announces that a huge new international airport is to be built in Ethiopia. This airport will be huge and more modern than the Bole international airport.
Three locations have been identified for the new airport and some detail tasks are underway to continue feasibility studies to decide on which site to build the airport. The enterprise’s officials say that the site selection activities could be finalized in a year’s time and most possibly the site would be at Mojo.
The feasibility study for the new airport is going to be done by an internationally renowned companies and the building of this new international airport would take around ten years.
The new airport will have a huge terminal space and since there is a growing diplomatic flight to Addis, the new airport will also have a separate VIP lounge and VIP terminals.
