Justice Minister Tzipi Livni sent memos to nine ministers demanding action be taken against discrimination of Ethiopian-Israelis and Druze in government companies under their authority.
According to Livni, companies such as the National Insurance Institute, Magen David Adom, the Employment Service and the Park Authority are breaking the law, which states that a government company which employs more than 50 employees must retain workers according to their ratio in the population.
