Ethiopia names squad to face Nigeria this weekend [Nigeria Media]

Ethiopia’s coach Sewnet Bishaw, has announced his 22-man squad which will face the Super Eagles of Nigeria on Sunday.

The East Africans will welcome the African champions at the Addis Ababa Stadium in their first match of a two-legged play-off to qualify for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

Full squad

Goalkeepers: Dereje Alemu, Jemal Tasew, Samson Assefa and Sisay Bancha.

Defenders : A. Butako, Aynalem Hailu, Birhanu Bogale, Degu Debebe, Elias Biadgelegn, Moges Tadesse, S. Bergecho, Siyoum Tesfaye and Toke James.

Midfielders: Adane Mentesenot, Asrat Megersa, Behailu Assefa, Fasika Asfaw, Medhane Tadesse, Menyahel Teshome.

Forwards : Adane Girma, Dawit Fekadu and Oumed Oukri.
