A Chinese Fraud Crime Suspect is ‘Wanted’ in Ethiopia. A Chinese engineer named Wang Yong and his Ethiopian driver is wanted as they are suspects of fraud.

As the police looks for the two individuals for investigation, they have disappeared. In their fraud attempt the two individuals appeared as if they are employees of an organization in which they don’t belong and they were trying to convince a woman named Tadelech Temesgen to take her to Addis ‘so that she would get help’. But the woman suspicious of the two individuals has applied to the police.

Oromiya Police Commission has written a letter to the Addis Ababa’s Police Commission for the two suspects to be put in custody but the two suspects were not to be found at the Bole neighborhood where they were thought to reside.

Oromiya Police Commision has also written a letter of request to the Immigration and Nationality Affairs office as to the how, when and why the Chinese citizen enters the country. The Commission is waiting for the response from the Immigration and Nationality Affairs.
